how to overclock an intel xeon x3210 at the best possible way?

im overclocking now to 2.9 from 2.13 and i cant go further..im using an cooler master hyper 212 as a cpu cooler..im thinking of water cooling using gigabyte 3d galaxy II..how far do you think it will go?

just keep trying until the system freezes (keep in mind to watch the temps) then go back a step and all should be fine.
